Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians as needed.
• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in VA.
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech (ASHA CCC-SLP) or equivalent qualifications toward
• Educational/work experience sufficient for certification process.
• Experience with EMR systems; solid computer skills.
