Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
• Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan, collaborating with BAYADA clinicians as
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other representatives in rehabilitative care and
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad

🎯 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
