Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and orders.
• Collaborate with BAYADA's multidisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and independence.
• Document care and evaluations using a tablet EMR system.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent certification, or working toward it.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Prior home health experience a plus, not required.
