Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues
Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
Continuously assess and revise the speech therapy plan with the care team
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation activities for safety and independence
Document observations and evaluations using a touch-pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

A current Hawaii license as a Speech Language Pathologist
One year experience as an SLP
