📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for speech, language, or
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for health, safety, and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using an EMR/tablet system.

🎯 Requirements

• Current DE Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or equivalent progress toward certification.
• Educational/work experience sufficient for ASHA certification eligibility.
• Experience with EMR systems; strong computer skills.
