📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories (Sussex County, DE).
• Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for speech
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations, physician orders, and goals; revise as needed.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions in an EMR using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current DE Speech Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP or equivalent clinical qualification; pursuing ASHA certification acceptable.
• Educational/work experience aligned with certification requirements; ongoing supervision for
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
