Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop and adjust treatment plans with physician orders and goals.
Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current licensed Speech Language Pathologist in STATE.
Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA, or equivalent credentials with planned certification.
Complete education/work experience for certification; pursuing ASHA exam if applicable.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
