📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for speech
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician’s orders, and goals.
• Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health and
• Document observations and interventions using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in VA.
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech from ASHA, or equivalent educational/work experience
• Demonstrated education/work experience for certification as applicable.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
