Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop and adjust treatment plans with physician orders and goals.
Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

VA license as Speech Language Pathologist
ASHA CCC or equivalent certification path
Experience with EMR systems preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
