Perform thorough evaluations and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, or
Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, physician orders, and goals
Revise care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary team
Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care
Document patient care using electronic medical records

🎯 Requirements

Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Vermont
Certificate of clinical competence in speech from ASHA or equivalent
Solid computer skills
Prior home care experience preferred, not required
