Speech Language Pathologist-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations and goals.
• Assess and revise care plans; participate in multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for independence.
• Document care using EMR on a touch‑pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA license as Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent certification/experience.
• Education/experience required for certification; awaiting ASHA exam.
• Complete education; accumulating supervised experience for certification.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
