Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and independence.
Document observations and interventions in a tablet-based EMR.

🎯 Requirements

Current Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC or equivalent qualifications for certification.
Education/work experience for certification; awaiting ASHA exam.
Complete coursework and supervised work for certification.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
