📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan from evaluations, orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise care plans; join multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families in rehab to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification.
• Equivalent education and experience; awaiting ASHA certification exam.
• Completed education; pursuing supervised experience for certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
