Speech Language Pathologist - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continually assess and revise the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on rehab care for independent living.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification requirements.
• Eligible to sit for ASHA exam for certification.
• In training to complete supervised experience toward certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
