Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Assess and revise the care plan and collaborate with the team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for health and safety.
Document care observations and interventions on a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Speech Language Pathologist license in South Carolina.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
