Visit clients in their homes for SLP care and rehabilitation.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plans.
Educate patients and families to promote health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current SLP license
One year of clinical experience preferred
Home health experience welcomed, but training provided
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
