Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP) - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess and treat speech, language, swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and independent living.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NC Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification.
• Equivalent education/experience for certification.
• Be pursuing ASHA exam for certification.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
