Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Conduct evaluations for speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Create and adjust treatment plans per evaluations and orders.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians on multidisciplinary care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current SLP license in Ohio.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA, or equivalent and awaiting exam.
• Equivalent education and supervised experience toward certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
