Sr. Account Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and lead all account management processes
• Monitor, direct, and motivate day-to-day interactions between account team and clients
• Nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Drive tactical projects through the agency and meet delivery requirements/deadlines
• Act as a senior solution-oriented manager developing lasting relationships between client and
• Assimilate business, customer, and marketplace insights into strategies and marketing programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency or similar, with traditional
• Life Sciences (MedTech/Device/Pharma) experience and understanding of MLR process, HCP experience
• Strong background with strategic ideation, tactical activation, and financial management
• Understanding of media objectives, various media channels including targeting and audiences, KPIs
• Superior professional communication and presentation skills
