Sr. Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day management, performance, and growth of an assigned portfolio of client accounts
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, objectives, and programs
• Identify, develop, and pitch incremental growth opportunities, including cross-selling and
• Drive achievement of annual account revenue targets through proactive account management, strategic
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across client stakeholders, including senior-level
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of account activity across Media, Sales, Product, Design

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of client or account management experience, preferably managing complex client
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of and experience with digital and/or affiliate marketing, including paid media
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Nice to have, but not required: experience in JIRA, Asana, Tableau, Looker, and Call Center
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple client relationships, complex projects, and
