📋 Description

  • Manage AP invoices through Coupa system
  • Review billing and prepare customer invoices
  • Apply daily customer payments to AR invoices
  • Review AR aging and investigate unapplied cash
  • Assist with collection activities and account reconciliation
  • Resolve customer disputes and billing discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years progressive accounting experience
  • Experience with Coupa or similar AP systems preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
