Sr. Accountant (Accounting & AP Manager)

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Record transactions based on the company’s chart of accounts.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare trial balances and support month-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in accounting software.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related finance role.
• Strong experience managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable
• Hands-on experience with general ledger management, transaction coding, and maintaining accurate
• Experience with month-end close processes and preparing financial statements or management reports.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, payments, ACH transfers, and expense reports.
• Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero, or similar
