Sr. Analyst Customer Master Data and Data Analytics - SAP

📋 Description

• Lead the Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, and governance framework across SAP S/4HANA and
• Serve as the senior point of contact for Customer Master Data across Customer Service, Supply
• Define and enforce global customer data standards, stewardship practices, and data quality controls
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Master Data processes, balancing global
• Oversee Customer MDM/DSP(Syniti – Data Stewardship Platform) operating models, including intake
• Lead and manage DSP workflows to ensure timely processing, SLA adherence, and high data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes, with the ability to partner
• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and operate independently within a matrixed
• Proven experience leading process improvement and data quality initiatives with a strong focus on
• Strong project management capabilities, including experience managing medium‑to‑large initiatives
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate broad direction into
