Sr. Analyst, HR Programs

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing administration of assigned HR
• Translate strategic priorities into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables
• Coordinate program logistics with internal and external partners, including scheduling, employee
• Support initiatives designed to increase employee participation across community service and
• Develop repeatable processes, tools, templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve program
• Track program budgets and expenses and ensure initiatives are delivered within approved funding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience planning employee programs or events for geographically dispersed or hybrid audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management, survey, registration, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools to create content, analyze information, and streamline processes.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
