Sr Analyst, HRIS (Workday)

📋 Description

• Serve as SME across Workday modules: Core HCM, Security, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence
• Provide production support: research and resolve Workday issues
• Lead projects by gathering requirements and implementing in Workday
• Stay current with Workday updates and features
• Assess impact of changes on related modules and processes
• Map and document configurations, processes, field definitions, and guides

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday
• Demonstrate ability to lead in gathering requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations
• Ability to develop skills in end to end automation
• Strong collaboration and clear communication with individuals at all levels
