Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Own the weekly and quarterly forecast process end to end, maintaining accuracy tracking and
• Own target setting, capacity modeling, and book of business management to provide clear visibility
• Partner with cross-functional leadership on incentive design and individual performance
• Direct AI tools to generate analysis and apply judgment for strategic decision-making, scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in an operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations role, ideally supporting
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with Claude Code, Clari, Gainsight, or
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and data pipelines, enough to direct AI-generated analysis and
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial and business metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data and present it clearly and actionably to
• Track record of owning a recurring process end to end with strong organizational skills.
