Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Own the weekly and quarterly forecast process end to end, maintain accuracy tracking, and develop
• Own target setting and capacity modeling as well as the book of business management to provide
• Partner with cross-functional leadership on incentive design and individual performance
• Direct AI tools to generate analysis and scale reporting systems for self-service and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations role, ideally supporting a
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with Claude Code, Clari, Gainsight, or
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial and business metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data and present it clearly.
• Track record of owning a recurring process end to end.
