Sr. Analytics Engineer/ Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build analyses & automation using SQL/Python.
• Run recurring ROI analyses; productionize jobs with Airflow.
• Define metrics and data models serving as analytics source of truth.
• Partner with CX on ROI; prepare exec-ready materials.
• Ship ThoughtSpot dashboards and turn findings into insights.
• Develop and maintain Laurel's Analytics Data Warehouse and ETL pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional Data Scientist experience with large-scale data.
• Advanced SQL and Python.
• Airflow, Prefect, Dagster for orchestration.
• Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.
• ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Tableau.
• ML models: classification, clustering, NLP.
• AWS, GCP, Azure cloud experience.
• dbt, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
• Startup environment experience.
• Nice to have: D3.js familiarity.
• Nice to have: ML/AI prototyping to guide product features.
