Sr Application Engineer (Salesforce Agentforce AI)

📋 Description

• Work on AI-driven Salesforce solutions; build AI agents with Agentforce.
• Pioneer intelligent automations using IPA tools like Power Automate and Alteryx.
• Build test automations to improve QA for Salesforce and other apps.
• Collaborate with designers and end-users to refine AI use cases.
• Execute lifecycle tasks using Apex, JavaScript, Python; integrate apps (Conga, Docusign, Adobe, etc.).
• Onboard, mentor and coach junior engineers; provide guidance and review code.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents, AI workflows, and data integration.
• Salesforce integrations and external systems (Conga, Docusign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, TaskRay). Workday is desired.
• Experience creating intelligent process automations using Power Automate or similar.
• Solid experience creating test automations for Salesforce and other platforms.
• Solid experience writing clean code in JavaScript, Apex, Python for scale.
• Proficient in DevOps processes/tools (Copado, AutoRabit) and GitHub; Agile.
