🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content marketing, creative production
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative
• Experience developing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams, agencies, creators, or
• Strong understanding of social-first content and the nuances of developing creative for paid and
• Creative judgment and curiosity around emerging social, creator, and cultural trends, with the
• Ability to use creative performance insights to identify patterns, surface learnings, and inform
