📋 Description

• Partner closely with Solution Architects to design and deliver successful enterprise contact center
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping stakeholders identify

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on software development experience with technologies such as Python, Java, C#
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems and working with REST APIs, JSON, and
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, with experience using AWS CloudWatch and logging
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Lambda integrations, CI/CD practices, and
• Proven experience architecting and building Amazon Connect solutions, ideally within enterprise
