Sr. Benefits Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefit programs, including health, wellbeing, retirement
• Guide employees through benefit elections, life events, eligibility changes, transitions, and other
• Coordinate employee leave programs, including family, medical, disability, parental
• Partner with employees, benefits vendors, HR teams, and other stakeholders throughout the leave
• Ensure benefit and leave documentation, communications, eligibility changes, and related
• Support annual enrollment activities, employee education initiatives, benefits communications, and

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience administering employee benefit programs and managing employee leave
• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, leave requirements, and relevant employment
• Exposure to Canadian benefits administration is highly valued.
• Experience working with Workday or a comparable Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret data, and
• Advanced attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
