Sr. Business Analyst - Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to elicit business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications
• Develop process flows, use cases, and requirements for IT solutions
• Support management of demand pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years supporting Microsoft D365 F&O
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or related field
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio, and requirements management software (Azure Dev Ops
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
