Sr. Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Research, identify, and qualify potential customer organizations and prospects
• Position AvePoint products effectively to facilitate high conversion of leads to qualified pipeline
• Collaborate with sales account executives to prospect their territories
• Own the creation of email sequences, templates, and outreach messaging
• Conduct qualification and follow-up until a qualified opportunity is created
• Share successful approaches and best practices to help other BDRs improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• A minimum of 1+ months of outreach experience, preferably within software sales with a history of
• Prior experience using Sales Automation and Prospecting Tools (Required)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast, ever-changing environment
