📋 Description

• Monitor, triage, and process intake requests for new software licensing and maintenance, scientific
• Trigger and track renewal notifications no less than 90 days before expiration; follow up to
• Submit and monitor shopping cart requests via SRM (SAP) and purchase order execution through
• Provide reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and operational insights generation.
• Maintain accurate licensing, asset, vendor, contract, purchase order, funding, stakeholder, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience; OR Master's Degree with 4 years of experience
• Strong diligence with the ability to validate data, documentation, funding, and process
• Collaborative, service-oriented communication style with the ability to engage stakeholders at
