Sr. Client Coordinator

📋 Description

• Consult with clients, agencies, production teams, and other stakeholders throughout artwork
• Lead and participate in pre-production meetings, project meetings, and print trials when
• Manage project timelines, priorities, estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up
• Build strong, responsive relationships with clients and onsite stakeholders by providing timely
• Coordinate artwork issues and technical questions between clients, internal teams, external

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of
• Strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage projects from
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, internet applications, and other standard
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, budgeting, planning, presentation, and
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to analyze

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range of $100,000–$110,000 USD, with final compensation determined by location
