🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Previous high-level role in banking required (SVP, CMO or CLO preferred)
7-10 years in FI Business Acumen - both sides of Balance Sheet understanding how product drives the
Consulting background preferred
Understand Financial Statements and can interpret these into actionable strategies
Analytic mindset with ability to develop metrics, create reports, interpret results, and make
