Sr Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment
• Secure executive visibility into Storable's business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate
• Strong Client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.
• Proven ability to partner with clients to understand current and future business challenges
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement
