Effectively integrating the da Vinci at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to
Conducting da Vinci system training for surgeons and hospital staff
Delivery of system in-service and on-site training to specific levels of surgical team
Providing mentorship and onboarding support to new hires

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and equivalent
Minimum 3 years of sales experience to clinics and hospitals
Track record in sales function, preferably with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
Life science background, operating room knowledge or have a clinical foundation to grow from is
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution
