Sr. Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Advise on compensation topics for a line of business (offers, promotions, pay, retention).
• Own major programs like pay equity analyses and year-end cycles.
• Design global, market-competitive pay programs aligned to Axon's strategy.
• Conduct job evaluations and leveling to ensure internal equity.
• Use AI and automation to improve compensation analytics and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
• 4-6 years of progressive compensation/HR partner experience
• Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience managing highly complex projects
• Excellent time management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• International compensation experience is a plus
