Sr Composites Technician, First Shift

📋 Description

• Layup of flight and development composites hardware using carbon and fiberglass prepregs, honeycomb
• Work with aerospace processing tools such as vacuum bagging films/consumables, laser projection
• Operate in controlled clean environments and follow safety standards
• Collaborate with production and manufacturing engineers to develop, document, and improve
• Maintain a 5:00AM-3:30PM PT schedule (1st shift) with baseline 50-hour workweek and occasional
• Foster an inclusive environment for all team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of composites manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
• Ability to set up and operate calibrated tools and precision measuring equipment
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System software to document operations
