Sr Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Work with Design team to orchestrate projects to ensure direct alignment with long-term corporate
• Direct oversight of large and small-scale budgets, including cost-benefit analysis and resource
• Design and implement comprehensive risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Continuous evaluation of project lifecycles to identify and institutionalize workflow efficiencies.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with aerospace

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years progressive PM experience delivering high-stakes capital projects
• Proven delivery of capital and development projects in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, defense
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment foundations and structural systems
• Strong understanding of MEP and process utilities
• Experience managing A/E firms, contractors, design-build firms, and multiple concurrent projects
