📋 Description

• Serve as the primary onsite technical consultant and trusted advisor for a ScienceLogic Public
• Lead hands-on installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic
• Partner with customer technical and management teams to provide technical guidance, problem
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for issue resolution, product enhancements
• Maintain accurate project, customer communication, and technical documentation in ticketing and
• Support customer security, ATO, audit, and change-management processes while following Professional

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years supporting Federal customers
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to successfully complete a CI Poly
• 7+ years with enterprise infrastructure monitoring, network management, or application performance
• 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration/support experience
• Strong enterprise infrastructure knowledge across Linux/Unix and Windows environments
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise monitoring/network management solutions
