• Own Gremlin's SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy so we're found and cited in Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT
• Build and run an executive thought leadership program for our CEO and leadership team, including
• Produce short- and long-form content for engineering leadership audiences: blogs, multi-format case
• Tie content to pipeline: report on leads, pipeline, and revenue influenced, plus AI visibility
• Manage content, design, and SEO/AEO agency partners, and decide what stays with vendors, what comes
• Build and document repeatable AI content workflows for research, drafting, repurposing, and

• A strong understanding and passion for all things marketing
• A deep understanding of the B2B technology buyer and their journey
• A focus on business outcomes like pipeline and revenue influenced, not vanity metrics
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools that drive outcomes and keep quality high
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and how AI search is changing content strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
