Sr COPV Spin Form Specialist

📋 Description

• Help develop forming programs based on engineering drawings
• Identify process bottlenecks and assist troubleshooting solutions
• Move, mount, configure and set up pieces for spin forming, heat treating, or machining
• Run CNC machining, spin forming, and heat treating equipment
• Assemble and disassemble tools per process specifications
• Perform metal blending to achieve close-tolerance finishes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of COPV winding experience
• Hands-on experience developing wind programs and documenting procedures
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications
• Experience with resin mixing processes
• Experience with inspection tools (pi-tape, calipers, micrometer)
• Ability to mentor and guide less-experienced technicians
• Proven ability to lead tasks or workstreams within a team
• Lifting and rigging experience / forklift operation
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations accurately
