Sr. Corporate G&A Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions (G&A, etc.)
• Partner with G&A leaders to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies
• Source passive talent via targeted outreach and market research
• Lead offer strategy: benchmarking, negotiation, closing
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience aligned with Relativity
• Maintain data in Greenhouse and report on pipeline and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including G&A
• Lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above—with discretion and rigor
• Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; aerospace/defense a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build targeted pipelines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders
• Collaborative, with ability to manage a full book of business
