Sr. Counsel

📋 Description

• Autonomously negotiate a high volume of complex SaaS, AI, compute infrastructure, data processing
• Lead legal support for enterprise-level cloud negotiations with AWS and other cloud service
• Use your knowledge of data security, data privacy, AI, intellectual property and general commercial
• Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Security and Privacy teams to support cloud
• Advise on key legal and business issues in cloud and infrastructure transactions, including uptime
• Help operationalize the key commercial, financial and legal terms of cloud infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• JD with minimum 8 years of experience in a legal environment, with significant experience
• Minimum 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company preferred.
• Deep experience negotiating cloud compute, SaaS, hosting, data processing, professional services
• Strong understanding of cloud computing business models, contracting structures and pricing
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Finance and Procurement
• Experience translating negotiated contract terms into scalable internal processes and operational
