Sr. Counsel, Labor & Employment Litigation

📋 Description

• Manage all facets of litigation, with a focus on labor and employment disputes but with
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery efforts; draft and review discovery
• Identify legal risks and mitigate them by designing and implementing controls

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Must be admitted to the bar, in good standing, in at least one U.S. State
• This position is based in Starbase, TX and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
