Sr. Data Engineer, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of supported financial applications, their data
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop reliable solutions that
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data solutions using SQL Server and related technologies
• Participate in Scrum, Kanban, stand-up meetings, planning activities, code reviews, design
• Collaborate with technical architects and team members to create and maintain appropriate technical
• Monitor production environments with technical experts, investigate performance issues and system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with approximately
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and related technologies, including SQL queries, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with source control and version management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Stash, or
• Foundational understanding of data integrity, governance, architecture, extraction, manipulation
• Experience with job scheduling technologies such as SQL Server Agent or AutoSys.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD practices, and associated tools.
