📋 Description

• Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for ServiceNow's RaptorDB, Workflow Data Fabric and
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on how to architect, scale and operate transactional and
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs, data integration challenges and
• Design ServiceNow solutions that solve business and technical problems while accounting for key
• Align opportunity engagement and skills with ServiceNow's strategic and enterprise accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical presales, consulting, solution engineering or architecture roles with direct
• Deep understanding of distributed database concepts, transactional and analytical processing
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion, ETL pipelines, real-time streaming platforms and
• 3+ years of technical experience selling AI models, deep learning models and Large Language Models
• Strong coding and scripting ability in SQL, Python or similar languages; experience with data
• Development experience on cloud-based AI platforms; knowledge of NVIDIA LLMs and Microsoft Azure is
